Overview

Tainan Airport (TNN) is located in South District Tainan City, Taiwan. It is a military joint airport with 1 Terminal and 2 runways.

There are domestic flights connecting Tainan to other cities of Taiwan. From July there will be 3 weekly flights from Tainan to Hongkong. (It's first international venture)

The domestic airport lost its passenger traffic ever since the inaugutation of the Tainan High Speed Rail. Passengers wanting to connect to other domestic cities in Taiwan can use the rail option incase you cannot find the flights as per your schedule.

Getting There

Dayuan Nan District

Bus no: 5 serves the airport and will take the passengers to the heart of the city. http://www.tna.gov.tw/English/E_bus5.asp (for bus route information)

Taxi's are available from the arrivals side of the airport. Meter starts from NT&85/1500m and for additional 250m there is NT$ 5 charge. Night charges after 11pm will be subjected to 20 % hike.
