Yes! Yes! Yes! The moment we've all been waiting for is finally here! Jewel at Changi Airport has finally opened its doors after teasing us with so many good rumors! At HalalTrip, we are so happy to be one of the few to get a sneak preview before it is opened to the public. As soon as we stepped into Jewel, it was truly a futuristic experience to be consumed with nature such as the HSBC Rain Vortex in a mall. AMAAAZINGGG!

This food chain is definitely one that we’ve all been waiting for! Gone since 2003, A&W is back to serve you some good ol’ Root Beer and Beef Coney. No more crossing the causeway or getting on a ferry to our neighboring island to get your A&W cravings fixed. If it’s going to be your first time digging into A&W, we definitely recommend the Coney Dog and Root Beer Float!

If you’re a fan of Thai cuisine, we got you! Saap Saap Thai serves a whole array of amazing Thai food that are still relevant to Singaporeans’ taste buds. If you’re still new to Saap Saap Thai, we recommend the Signature Australian Thai Beef Noodle (SGD $7.90) and their classic Mango Tango (SGD $5.50). Not exactly at Jewel but really nearby, Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen has recently opened an outlet at Terminal 3, Changi Airport. Boasting an authentic Japanese-style restaurant, a fan-favorite. In line with the opening of the new branch and the recently passed National Day, they are currently serving the Chilli Crab Ramen made from their signature Chicken broth, the dish will be available until 15 September 2020. Although this branch is not officially Halal-Certified by MUIS yet, Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen is a line of Halal Ramen stores in Singapore. We advise that you eat at your own discretion.
