Our trip today started after we had our breakfast at the hotel. Our first destination was the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. As we arrived there, we took our first tour of the miniature or replica version of one the cultural icons in Indonesia - which is the Ranah Minang. We then headed to the Anjungan Papua. We rode the cable car from which we were able to see the whole of the miniature from above. My favourite place that we visited today at the Taman Mini was the Anjungan Jawa Tengah because that is where my ancestors are from. Yaiy! We took a stop for our prayer at the Istiqlal Mosque, which we never got the chance to enter yesterday. The thing about the mosque is, it's just on the outside, but even the interior is so majestic. After we were done with our prayers, we headed to Monas Tower - the monument of Jakarta. But sadly, we couldn't enter the tower because it was already closed. We were just able to take some photos of it, which was still awesome. We then headed to Thamrin City for some shopping time! This place is the best place for an excellent shopping experience because it is a lot cheaper than most other malls in Jakarta. We woke up pretty early today to spend as much time as possible before leaving Bali. We had breakfast and played with Habib at the poolside. We headed back to the hotel room for a quick rest and went to the beach for one last time. We took a few photos, enjoyed some ice cream and got back to the hotel to pack our stuff. We woke up pretty early today to spend as much time as possible before leaving Bali. We had breakfast and played with Habib at the poolside. We headed back to the hotel room for a quick rest and went to the beach for one last time. We took a few photos, enjoyed some ice cream and got back to the hotel to pack our stuff. After we got ready and headed to the lobby, our tour guide was already there waiting for us. We took one last walk to Kuta Town to find some souvenirs. As time flew by, we headed back to the hotel, got on the van as they took us to the airport. We said our goodbyes to the tour guide and the rest of the team. It was sad, really. I didn't want to go home just yet. We arrived safely at Malaysia at 11:45 p.m. and that was the end of our journey. It was quite an experience and I will share all about it in my blog. . We had breakfast at the hotel today and then went to buy some souvenirs at the souvenir shop. Afterwards we headed straight to Batubulan Village to see the Tari Barong & Kris dance. We had breakfast at the hotel today and then went to buy some souvenirs at the souvenir shop. Afterwards we headed straight to Batubulan Village to see the Tari Barong & Kris dance. It was a traditional dance by the locals and it was quite scary. Quite an experience. Next stop, we went to Sari Amerta to see Batik collections. Here, we were able to see how Batik was made. It was amazing how they could colour in the details of the Batik pattern, and very fast too. After that we went uphill to Kintamani and took a stop at Abian Kusuma Sari – a local coffee farm where they make the famous Luwak Coffee. They served us free coffee and offered us tea tasting so that we can decide which one to buy. I seriously could not decide because I loved all of it – especially the Vanilla Coffee. They also served the tester for Luwak Coffee and we tried it. Me and my husband, we're not a big fan of coffee, but the Luwak Coffee certainly tasted amazing. We ended up buying teas. We continued our journey and had lunch at Suling Bali Restaurant, where we could enjoy the view of Mount Batur, a volcanic mountain. The food was spectacular and we enjoyed the view. We head back to Jimbaran Beach for dinner at sunset. We arrived exactly before the sunset, and we played at the beach with our son. We took few photos and watched the sun set. We had to leave early today because our flight was at 8, so there was no time for breakfast. It was very kind of the hotel to pack us some breakfast so that we can have it on the way. We arrived at the airport, checked in our luggage and had breakfast. After that we arrived in Bali! The weather here is quite different; it's hot but windy. We had lunch at Malioboro and checked in Bintang Kuta Hotel. We rested for an hour and continued our journey to Krishna for some souvenir shopping. We headed back to the hotel and headed out for dinner at Solaria Restaurant. After that, we headed back to the hotel and called it a night. . Click here to view my timeline! .

We woke up a little late today because Habib had trouble sleeping. We had a quick breakfast and started our journey. Our first destination was Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid. Daarut Tauhiid was founded by KH. Abdullah Gymnastiar or Aa Gym for short. It's like a little Muslim town, very peaceful and Islamic. We prayed there and continued our journey. We had a Nasi Padang lunch and stopped at Rumah Mode for some shopping. And then we headed to Saung Angklung Udjo. Angklung is a musical instrument made from bamboo. They had a performance and it was awesome. My favourite part was when they passed all the Angklung to the audience to played along with their orchestra. It was an awesome experience. We weren't done with shopping yet! We stopped by Jalan Riau for shopping time which proved to be a great place to find souvenirs We headed to Noor Hotel, an Islamic hotel in Bandung. After we had our breakfast today, we left Jakarta and headed straight to Bandung which took about 3-4 hours to get there. We stopped at Nasi Liwet Pak Asep Stroberi for lunch after travelling for a few hours. The view was spectacular; we can feel the fresh air as we breathe. The food, also, was quite amazing. Even Habib enjoyed himself there. We continued our journey to Pesantren Suryalaya. We received a warm welcome from the host, and were given a few quick briefs about the history of the Pesantren. After we prayed at their mosque, we continued our journey and headed to Situ Lengkong. We finally arrived at our destination after a 2 hour trip. The lake there was said to be pure by the locals. It also had an amazing view. Although we didn't have a chance to take a tour around the lake in boats, we took a few pictures which is nice.
