Having established itself as one of the most loved home-grown Western cuisine brands, COLLIN’S®️ introduced Elfuego by COLLIN’S®️ on 17 April 2019 with its first restaurant located in Jewel Changi Airport. The aim was to bring its culinary delights to a wider audience by offering a Halal menu and elevating the dining experience further with a team of Chefs to curate its offerings. Featuring the state-of-the-art Mibrasa oven at the heart of its open concept kitchen to bring out the best flavours from all ingredients, Elfuego® offers a premium selection of European cuisine that will delight Muslim and non-Muslim customers alike. As affirmation, Elfuego®️ won the Best Halal Restaurant in the Halal Awards 2020 and 2022, Best Steak at the Halal Awards 2022 and RAS Epicurean Star Awards 2021 and 2022.
