The food on the menu is not completely authentic Japanese. It has been adapted to the palates of the Singaporean locals, so it might be slightly different to what you expected, though still very delicious. The Ramen Stall has both wet and dry ramen, and an option to vary spiciness according to personal tastes for some extra spicy dishes. Kumoya is the new kid on the block. Only 3 months old, this Halal-certified Japanese - French cafe boasts a clean and minimalistic design that is sure have you Instagram-ing from beginning to end. Known for their fusion-styled eclairs, they also recently introduced a savory menu with dishes like Ebi Tempura or Soft Shell Pancake. Pair it with a side of fresh Yuzu soda with yogurt and top it all off with their signature Sakura Parfait. Be warned though - they are too pretty to eat!

Kaiten Sushi is when the dishes are loaded and rotate on a conveyor belt, allowing the customer to pick out whatever they like without having to move around. They even have the concept of ordering menu items not available on the kaiten through an iPod that is provided at your table itself.
