Faraliza Zainal and her husband founded My Inspiring Journey Special Education Hub (MIJ) to help their son, Mohd Ashraf. Today, MIJ is a holistic learning space for both children and adults with special needs. Realizing the gap in the workforce for special needs graduates in the workforce, she set up Ashraf's Cafe to provide workplace training and employment opportunities for MIJ students.
