Back by popular demand, Swensen's well-loved Nasi Lemak Burger (SGD 15.80+) returns with some notable difference. Two toasted brioche buns slathered with coco-mayo sandwich a juicy chicken thigh patty. The burger is accompanied by traditional Nasi Lemak sides such as crunchy ikan bilis and peanuts, as well as a super gratifying sambal! Experience the fusion of local and Western flavors in every bite of this delicious creation.
Here's a tip: To fully experience this burger, add in the ikan bilis and peanuts into the sambal inside th burger for that extra crunch.
Introducing the Dry Laksa Linguine (SGD 15.80+), where fragrant spices meet perfectly cooked al dente pasta. Prepare for an explosion of flavors as the tangy and spicy notes tantalize your taste buds. This delightful dish features juicy king prawns, tofu puffs, and slices of fish cake, creating a remarkable fusion of local laksa and Italian linguine.
