The Aldevinco Shopping Center is one of Davao’s renowned landmarks. While Davao has numerous big shopping malls, the Aldevinco Shopping Center, or Aldevinco, as it is locally known, was once the must-visit shopping spot in the city. Aldevinco is the place to go for genuine Mindanaoan products as well as souvenirs, antiques, clothing and textiles, jewelry and even imported items. Home to over a hundred stalls and stores, it is unheard of for shoppers at Aldevinco to leave empty handed. SM City Davao, or SM Ecoland, as referred to by the locals, is a large, popular shopping mall located on Quimpo Boulevard, in Davao City. Considered as one of the best places shopping centers in Davao City, SM City Davao has a fantastic selection of stores and restaurants, and offers great leisure and entertainment options. A delight for shopaholics, SM City Davao is home to stores and boutiques that not only carry local brands, but well known international brands as well.

SM Lanang Premier, part of the chain SM City Davao belongs to, in Lanang, Davao City is a four-story shopping mall that is frequented by locals and tourists alike. The large mall offers a wide selection of fashion and accessory stores; with more foreign brands, in comparison to SM City Davao, a supermarket, and great dining and entertainment options.

Gaisano Mall of Davao
The Gaisano Mall of Davao, located on J.P.Laurel Avenue, in Davao City is another of the city’s well known shopping malls. Like SM City Davao, it also offers a variety of leisure and entertainment options such as a luxury movie theatre, and an arcade, along with a wide array of stores and boutiques selling local and foreign brands, a department store, restaurants and a supermarket.

Victoria Plaza Mall
Victoria Plaza Mall is another of Davao’s premier shopping destinations, and was known to be the largest mall in the whole of Mindanao, before the newer and larger malls were built. Today, while smaller than some of the city’s other malls, Victoria Plaza is sure to offer shoppers everything they need and more. The mall has a number of shops and stalls, along with a department store, a supermarket, a cinema and some great restaurants.
