The redesigned menu reflects extensive research and development based on customer feedback gathered over six months, ensuring that each poke bowl offers a delectable and wholesome experience.
Poke Theory's menu now boasts a wider variety of protein choices to satisfy both sashimi and non-sashimi lovers. A crowd favorite, the samsui ginger chicken, has transitioned from being a seasonal item to a permanent fixture. This protein, renowned for its delightful flavors, will be a year-round staple. For vegan diners, Poke Theory introduces marinated tempeh as a protein-rich alternative to avocado in poke bowls. The refreshed menu introduces new sizes, providing more cost savings and variety for diners. The light bowl, previously priced at SGD 11.50, now starts at SGD 9.90 and includes a non-sashimi protein option. The regular bowl, previously priced at SGD 14.50, starts at SGD 11.90 and caters to customers seeking a more substantial meal. Poke Theory has partnered with Remedy Sodaly to offer its patrons an array of healthy beverage options. Remedy Sodaly is a sugar-free and gut-friendly prebiotic drink made with all-natural ingredients.
