The HalalTrip Gastronomy Awards is a culinary accolade bestowed by HalalTrip and the Singapore Halal Culinary Federation. This first-of-kind initiative is designed to celebrate the most outstanding Halal dining experiences in Singapore.
The awards assess and review eateries, with a primary focus on culinary excellence. Eateries are awarded one to three diamonds based on plating creativity, balance of flavors, quality of food, innovation in menu, and the quality of dining experience.
The awards are categorized into the HalalTrip Gastronomy Diamond Awards, HalalTrip Gastronomy Best-in-Class Awards, and the HalalTrip Gastronomy Chef Awards.
The HalalTrip Gastronomy Diamond Awards are presented to extraordinary Halal dining establishments that have truly mastered the art of culinary excellence. The pinnacle of the HalalTrip Gastronomy Awards, it recognizes establishments that have set new benchmarks in the halal dining scene. Whether it's in creative presentation, balance of flavors, quality of food, or innovations in their menus.
The restaurants or cafes are evaluated and awarded the Diamond award based on five criteria: Plating & Presentation, Taste & Flavor, Quality of Food, Menu Mystery, and Service Efficiency.
ASAP & Co
Widely known for their premium steaks of exotic cuts and smoked meats, including the Miyazaki Wagyu and Dry Aged Ribeye, ASAP & Co. has been a major draw for meat lovers in Singapore.
