Ever heard of Bingsu? It’s a popular Korean equivalent of ice cream, made from ice shavings and a variety of ingredients such as sweetened condensed milk, fruit syrups, fruits, small pieces of rice cake, chewy jelly bits, and cereal flakes. It is often topped with ice cream or frozen yoghurt. Being a tropical country, Singaporeans can enjoy this treat all year round, either as a quick snack or as a
dessert. The fact that it's mainly made of ice, makes it a favourite of children too!
