But enough about the history, let's get to the good stuff! At Charr'd, you can enjoy three types of Kuroge A5 Wagyu - the A5 Ribeye (SGD 48), A5 Sirloin (SGD 38), and A5 Tenderloin (SGD 58). You can either savor each cut on its own or go for the Heavenly Meat Board (SGD 198), which serves 3-4 people with a medley of select cuts and two sauces of your choice. You could also opt for the Butcher's Secret (SGD 28) - 200 grams of Australian grain-fed hangar steak.

If steak isn't your thing, don't worry! Charr'd has got you covered with alternatives with the likes of the Charr'd Lamb Rack (SGD 38) - 200 grams of Australian lamb rack with house-made mint sauce, and the Charr'd Salmon (SGD 22) - 200 grams of Norwegian salmon drizzled with a house-made bearnaise sauce.
To add even more flavor into the mix, you can choose to have your perfect cut of beef, lamb, or salmon with 5 sauce choices that include the House Bearnaise (SGD 5), Chimichurri (SGD 5), Wasabi Mayo (SGD 4), Yakiniku No Tare (SGD 4) or Ghost Peppercorn Mayo (SGD 4).

Before diving into the mains, why not kick off your meal with some starters? Don't forget about the sides! Try the Truffle Fries (SGD 13) - twice-fried beef tallow shoestring fries with thyme smoked olive oil aioli, shredded parmesan, and spring onion, or the Mentaiko Jojos (SGD 12) - twice-fried beef tallow wedges drizzled with charred mentaiko sauce, topped with tobiko, nori, and spring onion.

Vegetable options are also available if you're looking to balance it out. Try out the Charr'd Broccoli (SGD 12) - crunchy broccoli charred over an open fire with roasted pine nuts, chili shavings, bonito flakes, and miso vinegar, and Cream'd Moonlight Spinach (SGD 13) - spinach cooked in rich Parmigiano-Reggiano cream with charred pine nuts, nutmeg, and an onsen egg - are delicious options for you too. Also for something simple, you can always get the Charr'd Edamame (SGD 6) which is just seasoned with flaky salt.
And for dessert, indulge in the House Croffles (SGD 13) - waffle-pressed croissant topped with dark chocolate gelato, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a cherry, or the House Brownie (SGD 12) - dark chocolate brownie with sea salt and walnuts, crowned with Charr'd burnt cheesecake gelato, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a cherry.
Oh, and don't forget to pair your meal with a refreshing mocktail like Smoke Above Water (SGD 12) that brews the fragrance of ginger, smoked oak, wild mint, lemon juice, and orange, topped off with soda for a sparkling finish. The Greenhouse Effect (SGD 12) blends green apple, elderflower, and orange with bubbly sprite for refreshing floral sips while the First Glimmer of Dawn (SGD 12) draws the best of red grapefruit, osmanthus, lemon juice, and ginger ale highlighted with soda and mint. Last but not least, the Muscat Kick Fix (SGD 12), a fruit concoction of white grape, elderflower, orange, and sprite soda.
From now to 31 March 2023, look forward to unmissable opening promotions of 10% off Heavenly Meat Board and 1-for-1 Mocktails, available for dine-in only, to celebrate the launch of this alternative steakhouse with a mission to serve unpretentiously good beef.
