Spanning across an area of 21 hectares and capable of accommodating up to 80,000 spectators, the Beijing National Stadium – also popularly known as the Bird's Nest for its unique shape – is a stunning landmark building that was constructed to host the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
Plenty of open area will be available for Muslim athletes and participants during prayer times. It is also possible to visit a few of the mosques in the area.
