Located in the Nohyeong-dong area of Jeju Island, the Jeju Islamic Cultural Center provides a prayer room for Muslim travelers.
It is currently run by Shaikh Haji Bashir Kim, a Korean Muslim revert, fluent in Korean, English and Arabic. He spent 12 years in Qatar and majored in Sharia Law at Qatar University. Shaikh Haji Bashir Kim is a high-profile figure in the Asian Muslim community. He is open to offering help to Muslim travelers or residents who are in need of assistance in Jeju.
