A damage deposit of THB 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the property prior to your arrival: 1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature 2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature) Please note that property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
