Please inform Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites - Ultra All Inclusive in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Rixos will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Please note that all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in, in compliance with UAE law. Original passport, UAE Emirates ID, GCC ID’s are accepted. The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers travelling and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort. Alternatively, if the passenger travelling is not the cardholder, or if for any reason, the credit card used for the booking cannot be produced at check in, the passenger may pay in cash or with alternate credit card, failing which the resort has the rights to cancel or reject the booking. Please note that all bookings required a full payment, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit card payments. Payment is required to be made with 24hours of booking. Visa, Amex and Mastercard payments are accepted through the secure link. Bookings may be cancelled in case of non-payments. Room rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Extra guests will be charged separately. All Inclusive accommodation is free of charge for the first child aged under 12 sharing a room with their parents. For a second child from 6 to 12 years old a supplement of AED 200 per night will be charged upon check-in. For All Inclusive Bookings at Rixos The Palm Hotel and Suites a minimum length of stay of two nights is compulsory to reserve at the a la carte Restaurants, and subject to availability upon arrival. The All Day Dining restaurants does not require any reservation. Toro Loco Steakhouse reservations will be on an additional cover charge per person.
