Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AED 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Swimming pool opens from 06:00hrs till 23:00hrs daily Ladies timing every Saturday’s, Monday’s & Wednesday’s of the week from 08:00hrs till 13:00hrs Kids timing from 11:00hrs till 18:00hrs & they should be accompanied by their respective parents all the time (boys aged 7 years & above are not allowed to use the pool on the ladies timing). Please note that the timing for these services during the Holy Ramadan may differ. Please note that an additional deposit will be required upon check in to cover any incidental charges. As per the UAE rules and regulations, a valid original identity document such as Passport or National ID is mandatory to be provided at check-in for each guest occupying each room. The hotel will be running -20% F&B (Food and Beverage) promotion in all related outlets from June 10th to September 30th to all guest staying in hotel.
