These numerous attractions are not just popular amongst those visiting from foreign countries, but also among Brazilians. There are numerous beautiful forests, parks and other green areas within Campinas which contribute to the quality of life of the locals. Apart from natural attractions, the city also has several cultural ones as well as areas for sports and more. Campinas has a very small Muslim community and therefore, those traveling to the city will not find it easy to locate Halal food and prayer facilities. However, Muslim visitors can also travel to São Paulo city; which has more Muslim-friendly facilities, since it is not too far away from Campinas.
