The city is dotted with numerous attractions including prominent monuments, beautiful buildings and several museums.
There are numerous attractions in Dhaka that are from the Mughal period. The Lalbagh Fort is one of the major attractions.Visitors should also visit the National Museum that has several interesting artifacts. The National Museum of Science and Technology and the AhsanManzil Museum are some of the best museums to visit in the city. There are several green spaces around the city that are serene and wonderful. Some of the best green spaces include the Baldha Garden, Ramna Green and the National Botanical Gardens.

Dhaka is served by the HazratShahjalal International Airport. From the airport visitors can take taxis which cost around BDT 400 to the city center. Buses can be availed from the main road which is about 5 minutes away from the airport terminal. Auto rickshaws can also be availed from the main road.
