Located between San Diego and Los Angeles is the most visited destination of California, Anaheim. The city features a relaxed and laidback atmosphere. Home to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farmand Disney’s California Adventure, Anaheim is a great place for the entire family to have fun. For those who are not interested in theme parks they can visit the neighborhoods of the city and the wonderful art galleries.
The city also has several golf courses and is close to several beautiful beaches like the Newport Beach and the Laguna Beach. The Disneyland is the main attraction of Anaheim and was opened in 1955. The Knott's Berry Farm is also a great place to have fun. The Anaheim Convention Center and the Arrowhead Pond are two centers where visitors can attend events and celebrations.
Visitors can stroll at the Anaheim Garden Walk which is also one of the top shopping destinations in the city.
The nearest airport to Anaheim is the John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana. From the John Wayne Airport Anaheim is around 20-30 minutes far and taxis are easily available. A one-way trip by taxi from the airport to the city costs around $40. There is also a shuttle van service available from the airport and costs $10 per person. The Los Angeles International Airport is around an hour away from Anaheim. A taxi ride from Los Angeles International Airport to Anaheim costs $70 and a shuttle ride costs $16 one-way.
