Sligo is a beautiful town located along the Atlantic Coast of Ireland. Surrounded by mountain ranges on one side and the coast on the other, Sligo is a wonderful place to visit and have fun. The Ballymote Castle is a beautiful site to visit. The Benbulben Craft Village Farmers Market is a great place to get some good local arts and crafts items. The Carrowkeel Megalithic Site is an archaeological site that has some limestone slabs and tombs that date from 3200 to 2400 BC.Sligo also features some wonderful golf courses and nature parks where visitors can take a pleasant walk. r\n
