Tianzhu

Description

The mountain views, lush greenery and the fresh cool breeze give visitors of all ages the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature. Some of the main scenic areas around Tianzhuinclude Stone Ox and Cave, Mystery Ravines, Heavenly Pillar Cedar and the Lake of Alchemy. There are chair rides available one at the Tianzhushan and the other Black-Dragon Ravine ply visitors to the peaks of the scenic area. The Mystery Valley is among the most popular sites in the area, it is a beautiful valley spread out like a maze. The valley is formed by the rocks that have fallen from the mountain over a period of time. There are over 53 caves in the valley giving it the feel of a maze.

During the ancient times, Mount Tianzhu was a meeting place of the Anhui cultures. The serenity and beauty of the area has attracted adventure seekers and also people looking for a peaceful place. There are several small villages dotted all across Tianzhu that are good to spend time at.

Nearby Airports

The nearest airport to the Tianzhu scenic area is the Anqing Tianzhushan Airport. It is both a civil and military airport. It caters to domestic flights from cities like Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing and Chongqing. From the airport the Tianzhu scenic area is around 170 Km away. There are buses and taxis available from the airport to transfer visitors to their destination.
