One of the major tourist attractions on the island of Boracay is the Bat Caves. This unique tourist spot is situated on the western-end of the island and is reached via a short hike through the forest. At the bottom of the steep cave, visitors will come across cave bats and giant fruit bats which are known to fly around after sunset. If lucky, visitors will also get to experience the bats flying out of the cave at night time. Those visiting the cave will see stalactites on the roof, and outside the cave, on nearby trees tourists will also get to see flying foxes. A great attraction for adventurous tourists, the Bat Caves offer tourists a glimpse of the beautiful and natural wonders of Boracay. It is also important to know that visitors to Boracay usually hire tour guides to explore attractions such as the Bat Cave.

Finding prayer facilities at the Bat Caves will not be possible. Muslim tourists can either locate a secluded area near the attractions to offer their prayers, or they can visit the one and only mosque in Boracay, the Boracay Muslim Mosque. Visitors can therefore ask their tour guide to direct them to this prayer facility when needed.
Visitors to the Bat Caves will be unable to find any food outlets at the attraction. Since there is only a small population of Muslims in Boracay, finding Halal food will not be easy. There are however a few Halal restaurants on the island, such as Kasbah Moroccan Café and Khalil Muslim Food Stall.
