South Pointe Park, located in Miami Beach, in the south beach neighborhood is a popular county urban park known locally as South Pointe. Spread across an area of 17 acres, South Pointe offers much to do, making it a great place for the entire family. Offering panoramic views of the ocean, this well maintained park is a wonderful place to relax and unwind away from the more crowded areas in south beach. With a variety of features like walking paths, a miniature water park, pavilions and a restaurant, South Pointe is a must-visit when in Miami Beach. Visitors can bring along a picnic basket and enjoy a lovely day at the park and the beach and watch cruise ships sail by or even visit in the night for a stroll before dinner. South Pointe is a beautiful park that is a great place for walking, jogging, biking, swimming or just relaxing.

Muslim tourists visiting South Pointe Park will not find prayer facilities within its premises. They will however be able to locate a secluded area in the park to offer their prayers. Muslim visitors can also make us of the facilities offered at the Miami Beach Mosque. Tourists can therefore ask locals to direct them to this mosque when needed.
Smith and Wollenski's is the restaurant that caters to the South Pointe Park crowd. While this restaurant is an upscale dining establishment, Muslim visitor requiring Halal cuisine will not find it here. They will therefore have to choose suitable seafood or vegetarian options or bring along their own picnic baskets.
