Miami Seaquarium, located between downtown Miami and key Biscayne, right in the center of the city’s tourist area, is a world class marine life entertainment park that has marine animal shows throughout the year, featuring dolphins, killer whales and other fascinating sea creatures. The Seaquarium is a favorite among those vacationing in Florida with the family; since the park is one of the few in the United States of America that offers visitors an outdoor aquarium experience, which is only possible due to Miami’s tropical climate. Aside from the many shows held, the park also features exhibits of crocodiles, sea turtles, seals, sea lions and more. Florida’s Manatees can also be seen here, as the Seaquarium is actively involved in rescuing and rehabilitation of these endangered creatures. Visitors also have the opportunity to get close to some of the marine creatures for an additional fee. With so much to see and do, the Miami Seaquarium is a definite must-visit for those in the city with kids.

While Muslim tourists visiting the Miami Seaquarium may not find suitable prayer facilities within the premises of the marine park, they will be able to locate prayer facilities in the city of Miami. Since the city is known to house several mosques which are frequented by locals and tourists alike, those requiring prayer facilities will not find it hard to locate a mosque when necessary.
Although the Seaquarium offers a variety of food outlets including cafés, restaurants and food carts available throughout the park, Muslim visitors may not find Halal options at these outlets. Muslim tourists may choose vegetarian or seafood options at one of these outlets or dine at a Halal restaurant in the city.
