The Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum is located within the premises of the First World Plaza. Ripley's Believe It or Not deals with bizarre events and unusual items that offer a sense of mystery and fascination. A total of eight museums are spread out across the Asian continent, including one in Genting Highlands, Malaysia. The museum offers collections of curiosities and items of interest including some which have been put together by Robert Ripley himself while travelling across the world. The nine themed galleries feature interactive displays cover an area of over 12,000 square feet and showcase a collection of over 500 uniquely bizarre items. Must-see items include the fertility statues, gravity-defying falling books and the optical illusions.

A prayer room facility in the vicinity of the museum is available in First World Plaza. It Is located on the first floor and can be visited by Muslim guests during prayer times.
Visitors have the option of choosing to eat within the First World Plaza or outside. It is recommended that visitors enquire about the usage of Halal meat for the dishes served at several restaurants. A number of Halal restaurants can be found outside, within city limits.
