For those looking to relax and unwind while in Torremolinos, a visit to Jardín Botánico Molino de Inca is an absolute must. Designed by the municipal technician Manuel Simón, and opened in 2003, Jardín Botánico Molino de Inca has become one of Spain’s best public palm gardens. Home to over 70 species of palm trees, as well as different trees and shrubs, the garden is a beautiful green oasis. While here, visitors must make it a point to visit the hundred year old Araucaria which is located in the centre of a maze, as well as the gigantic Eucalyptus trees. Also found here are a few ponds and lakes, fountains, a real flour mill, a Japanese Zen garden, marble statues and more.
