When in Benidorm, a visit to the Aqualandia Water Amusement Park is a definite must. It is known to be Spain’s first water park, as well as the biggest water park in Europe. Located right next to the Mundomar Marine Park, the Aqualandia Water Park offers some of Europe’s most thrilling water rides for young and old, making it the perfect attraction for kids and adults alike. There are numerous waterfalls and swimming pools for all ages, as well as water slides, wave and splash pools, beaches and rapids that the whole family can enjoy. For those with young children, Adventureland, inside Aqualandia is a must-visit. Aqualandia is also home to a selection of cafés and snack bars, souvenir and gift shops and green picnic areas ideal for relaxation.

While Aqualandia does not have any prayer facilities for Muslim visitors, there are open areas in the park at which Muslim visitors will be able to pray. Muslims visiting the park can also use the facilities offered at some of the mosques in the area, like the Centro Islamico de Calpe.
Aqualandia has a good selection of restaurants and cafés that serve a variety of delicious items. Although these outlets will not be Halal certified, they are sure to serve a selection of vegetarian and seafood dishes. Muslim tourists will also be able to find Halal food at some restaurants in Benidorm, along with the neighboring areas like Alicante.
