The spectacular views
Although Muslim visitors may not find prayer facilities on the Marine Drive they will find several mosques in the city of Kochi. Tourists visiting the popular promenade could ask the locals to direct them to a nearby mosque when needed. They could also make inquiries at their hotel regarding prayer facilities available near the Marine Drive.
As mentioned above, the Marine Drive has numerous cafes and restaurants lining its walkway, however not all of them will have Halal food. Muslim tourists could dine on some of the fresh seafood dishes served in these restaurants or they could ask the local Muslims for the location of the best Halal restaurants available in the city. Since the city is known to have a number of good Halal food outlets, locating one will not be difficult.
