The beach is located in the Sepang district of the country and offers stunning views of the clear blue skies above and the expansive ocean in the distance. The beach area is especially scenic during the early hours of sunrise and the late hours of the evening during sunset when the sky explodes into a kaleidoscope of colour and shades of russet gold. These hours provide picture-perfect scenery, offering ample photography opportunities for enthusiasts. The beach is a popular spot due to its close location to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport as well as the Sepang International Circuit and sees flocks of people who gather for picnics, camping or simply to have a good time.

Visitors could visit some of the mosques in Sepang during prayer times as well as the Surau An-Nur located in Sungai Pelek or even the Sultan Abdul Samad Mosque at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Several other mosques are also available in the vicinity.
Halal food in the area provide guests a number of options including plenty of seafood. A popular spot in Sepang is the Downtown KLIA Seafood. A number of other local restaurants can also be visited for authentic Halal Malaysian cuisine.
