Description

A must-visit attraction when in Jaipur is the magnificent City Palace, located in the heart of the old city. The palace is a fascinating blend of both Rajasthan and Mughal architecture and includes the famous Chandra Mahal, the Mubarak Mahal and other buildings within its palace complex. Occupying a large part of the old town area, the City Palace complex also features courtyards and gardens aside from the elaborate buildings mentioned above. It is one of the main landmarks of the Pink City and is a popular tourist destination of Jaipur. Prayer Facilities

Muslims requiring prayer facilities when visiting the City Palace could ask the locals to direct them to the closest Masjid when needed, as there is no known prayer room at the palace. The city of Jaipur has several mosques that are frequented by its residents and tourist alike. The Jama Masjid is the most prominent mosque, out of the many spread across the city.  

Halal Food

Finding Halal food in any part of India is not too difficult since it is home to a large Muslim population. Those visiting Jaipur will find some good Halal restaurants to dine at.
