While the Parc de loisirs de Chamonix may not have prayer facilities for Muslim visitors, there is plenty of open space in the park that can be used for prayers. If unable to offer their prayers at the park, Muslim tourists will have to pray in their hotel rooms, as the town of Chamonix does not have any known mosques or prayer facilities.
There are no known Halal restaurants in Chamonix, so Muslim visitors will have to dine on seafood and vegetarian dishes at the local restaurants. Muslim tourists will also not be able to find Halal food in the restaurant at Parc de loisirs de Chamonix. Because the park has a fantastic picnic area, Muslims visiting the park are advised to take along some snacks for them to munch on, if possible.
