Khao Pattaya View Point is a popular attraction around Jomtien Beach and is considered to be the best viewpoint in the region for tourists and travellers. It can be visited during the day-time or at night-time to observe the scenery in the distance - the crescent-shaped bay, the greenery as well as the city. Some of the highlights at the top of the hill include a temple - Wat Khao Phra Bat - as well as a monument of Kromluang Chomphonkhetudomsak - the founding Father of the Thai Navy. The view is particularly scenic at early in the evening and late in the afternoon, which are the best times to visit it.
