Assembling Dragon Cave is a popular attraction that is located a few kilometres south of the Yangshuo county and at the base of Ma Hill - also known as Horse Hill. The area is famed for its scenic beauty, featuring several enchanting rock formations, fascinating caves and clear blue waters. The cave stretches across a length of over 1000 metres and measures up to 20 metres in height. The name of the Assembling Dragon Cave itself is derived from the surrounding hill formations and stalactites that resemble the shapes of dragons. Travellers may also opt to travel by battery cars or bicycles which are both available in Yangshuo County.

The stalactites and cave formations
Plenty of open space is available in the area to make use of during prayer times, though designated prayer room facilities at Assembling Dragon Cave will be unavailable. Muslim travellers will also have to keep in mind that there are no mosques in Yangshuo and the nearest mosques are in the city of Guilin, about 80 kilometres away.
Halal food near Assembling Dragon Cave will be unavailable, but it is possible to opt for Halal food at some of the Halal restaurants in Yangshuo. A popular Halal food spot in Yangshuo is the Halal noodle shop located outside the bus stand in the city. Travellers may also opt for vegetarian cuisine at some of the local restaurants in the city but it is recommended to enquire with restaurant owners about how food is prepared.
