Ningbo Nanxi Hot Spring is considered to be one of the best hot springs in China and is located towards the northwest of the Ninghai County at the Tianming Mountain. It is a popular spot amongst tourists for its breathtaking natural beauty, with glittery streams and verdant woods creating the prefect atmosphere for an outing in the greenery. The hot spring itself is renowned for its medicinal properties and can provide the ideal getaway for travellers who seek therapeutic rejuvenation. The hot spring is located within the heart of the reserve - the Sleeping Dragon Valley - where 20 hot springs are available, each offering something different. The springs are believed to have positive effects on conditions such as arthritis, heart problems, digestive illnesses as well as skin diseases. A quick dip lasts around 15 - 20 minutes and will provide a transformational experience.
