Description

The Xiangjiang Safari Park is an internationally-praised wildlife area located at the Guangzhou Chimelong Holiday Resort. The Xiangjiang Safari Park will be paradise to any nature lover, with the park being home to a wealth of flora and fauna including over 460 animal species as well as over 20,000 rare animals. Visitors will be able to drive into the park area and catch glimpses of numerous animals such as pandas, koala bears, anteaters, rhinoceros, hippopotamus as well as the world's largest population of white tigers. Feeding animals and taking pictures is allowed at the pedestrian zone of the park and a separate photo studio is also offered for tourists. The Xiangjiang Safari Park itself has been divided into separate "continents" with each continent offering its local flora and fauna species. Exploring the park's exotic landscapes is a fantastic way to connect with nature and spend a few hours relaxing at the same time.

Though designated prayer room facilities for Muslim travellers will be unavailable at the Xiangjiang Safari Park, there is plenty of open private space that can be made use of during prayer times. It is also possible for Muslim travellers to visit some of the mosques near Xiangjiang Safari Park in Panyu such as the Huaisheng Mosque which is the main mosque near Panyu. 

Halal Food

Halal food near Xiangjiang Safari Park will be available at some of the Halal restaurants in the Panyu area. In addition to a few popular Halal food spots in Panyu, Muslim travellers could also opt for dining at some of the more prominent Halal restaurants in Guangzhou city such as the Bosphorus, Aussie Pizza, Xinyue Muslim Restaurant and Maedah.
