There isn't any information on any prayer rooms at the market itself. However, Masjid Miftahul Jannah is right outside the facility and is available for prayer at any time!
The Lok Baintan Floating Market sells plenty of delicacies already! If you are interested in any dining options outside and nearby the market, there are Warung Pondok Bahari, Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Batung, and Bebek Balap Cak Hadi.
