Magpupungko Beach is located on Siargo Island and is well known for its beautiful clear waters and naturally forming tidal pools. Tourists can enjoy a scenic ocean view when travelling by boat from General Luna to the beach. The alternate route is reaching the place by land through Sayak. Visitors to the beach can go swimming, snorkeling and explore the beach as well surrounded by blue clear ocean and see coral formations with colourful fish in shallow waters. Cliff jumping from the rock formations is another activity to try too. Near Magpupungko Rock, you will find a lagoon formed there too. It is recommended to visit the beach during the low tide to appreciate the natural beauty of the ocean where the pool can be seen clearly and it is much safer for swimming, The waters are shallow enough to wade in quite far from the show line during low tide. This is also one the best places to enjoy some good seafood for lower prices.
