The Davao Crocodile Park is not only home to crocodiles but to other animals like monkeys, birds and other reptiles, who are all given excellent care. The park was first opened on August 18th 2005 and is known for its ‘state of the art’ crocodile farming system complete with modern appliances and equipment. The main focus of this park is to educate the public, raise awareness and conserve wildlife. Davao Crocodile Park has now become a major tourist attraction as well with daily crocodile shows of feeding and performances. Animal lovers will have a great time petting the animals at the zoo as well. Tourists are also allowed to take pictures with animals for a memorable experience. One of the other attractions include Tribu K’ Mindanawan which is a cultural village dedicate to the Mindanao people where cultural shows are held every weekend with a fire show as well. Any animal lover visiting Davao should definitely pay a visit to this park.

There are no prayer facilities at the Davao Crocodile Park. But Muslim travellers to the area will find Mosques near and within Davao city which are the Piapi Mosque, the Davao City Islamic Centre and Buhangin Mosque.
There are might not be Halal restaurants near the park. It is better to ask the staff or locals to help guide you to places where they serve Halal food at their restaurants. If not available, order vegetarian or seafood meals.
