The stunning view and the walking trails
Muslims visiting the town of Kitzbühel will not be able to find any mosques or Islamic Centres, nor will they be able to find prayer facilities at any of the town’s attractions. Visitors to Schwarzsee Lake will however be able to find a secluded place outdoors to offer their prayers. They could also rent a room at the hotel on the lake’s shoreline.
As mentioned above, there are a few restaurants and café’s on the shoreline of the Schwarzsee. While Muslim visitors will not be able to find Halal certified food at these outlets, there will definitely be suitable vegetarian or seafood dishes on the menu. Since the lake is also a well known picnic area, visitors could take along some snacks.
