A key attraction in the city, the Çeşme Marina is an upscale marina village located along the spectacular coastline of the West of the Izmir Peninsula. The area is a natural harbour and was opened in 2010, with a number of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants available for the public to use. The Çeşme Marina features over 400 berths that can accommodate yachts up to 60 metres in length and is accessible at anytime during the day. Numerous facilities and services are offered to yachts as well as yacht owners and guests, such as 24 hour security, secure car parking and Marina-wide Wi-Fi internet access. The area is a popular tourist attraction in the city due to the picturesque views offered by the surrounding environment. It is especially scenic during sunset, when the sky explodes in to beautiful shades of red and gold.
