There is no known prayer facilities within the airport.
There are no known Halal restaurant within the airport but there are many cafe's and restaurant at all Terminals with vegetarian options.
There are shuttle buses available from thr airport mostly from your tour operators and hotel pick up service.
There are public buses in Terminal 1 but you have to pay them in cuban non convertible pesos which might be difficult.
There are car rental agencies from the airport.
You can hire a taxi to take you to your destination.
 
There are shops in Terminal 3 and Terminal 2 of the airport. You will find duty free shops, pharmacy, bookstores, gift shops, souvenirs and et cetera.
